1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, paintings, digital images, designs, logos, text, and creative content displayed on this website and affiliated platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Hui Ying and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Original oil paintings

  • Digital artwork and prints

  • Website content and branding

  • Social media content

  • Promotional graphics and photography

No artwork may be copied, reproduced, traced, edited, manipulated, minted as NFTs, distributed, commercially used, or resold without prior written permission from the artist.

2. Unauthorized Use Prohibited

You may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute artwork for commercial purposes

  • Sell copies, prints, or merchandise containing the artwork

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Use artwork for AI training datasets or machine learning purposes

  • Upload artwork to print-on-demand services

  • Mint artwork as NFTs or blockchain assets

  • Alter or edit artwork in any form without permission

Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, or distribution of artwork may result in:

  • DMCA takedown notices

  • Legal action

  • Financial damages and copyright claims

  • Permanent bans from purchasing future work

3. Purchase of Artwork & Digital Prints

The purchase of physical or digital artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

Collectors may:

  • Display purchased physical artwork privately

  • Share images of owned artwork online with proper artist credit

Collectors may not:

  • Reproduce the artwork

  • Create derivative works

  • Resell digital files

  • Use artwork commercially without licensing

4. Digital Downloads

Digital products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated in writing.

Redistribution, file sharing, reselling, reproduction, or commercial printing of digital downloads is strictly prohibited.

5. Commercial Licensing

Commercial usage rights must be negotiated separately through a written licensing agreement.

7. Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, counterfeit reproductions, impersonation, or unauthorized resale of artwork will be investigated and may be pursued through legal channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hui Ying is not responsible for:

  • Third-party misuse of artwork

  • Color variations between screens and physical products

  • Delays caused by shipping providers or customs

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
